Dr. Lake is an international consultant, trainer, and speaker certified in programs surrounding leadership, diversity, and community building.

He believes that to create change we must think and teach creatively, produce effective leaders, and teach dynamic leadership.

Dr. Lake is seeking to support us in a better understanding of definitions that shape our society and how we can be more safe, inclusive, and understanding for all people we encounter. While this will be a follow-up to our previous conversation, it is not a requirement that you attended the first presentation.

He seeks to help people prepare for their ever-changing roles in society with knowledge, skills, and attitudes to participate and function in a multicultural world.
