How to prepare for your service:

-Attire: Come dressed for comfort. If you are booked for multiple services in the same day, a robe, sandals, and totes for personal items are available for your use.

-Arrival: Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you plenty of time to find parking, fill out necessary paperwork, and relax in the lounge prior to your service.

-Packages: Appointments book fast, when booking packages, whenever possible, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling. 

-Late Arrivals: In the instance of a late arrival, your appointment time may need to be adjusted out of respect for other clients scheduled after you.

-Spa Atmosphere: Out of respect for the atmosphere, please silence all cell phones and electronic devices at all times while in the spa.

-Cancellations:

  1. For regular appointments: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid a cancellation fee. You are allowed one warning for no-show or late cancelling appointments. A cancellation or re-schedule with less than 24 hours notice constitutes a cancellation. After a second no-show or late cancellation, future appointment bookings will require pre-payment.

  2. For packages and peak holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.): A credit card hold is required for all appointments at peak times and for any services over $250. 48-hour cancellation is required for package appointments and peak times to avoid a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is 50% of your appointment value. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice constitutes a cancellation.

-Holding Appointments: A credit card must be placed on file for services equal to or greater than $250.

-Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in your service and may be given at your discretion in appreciation for your service.
