  • The sign-up fee is one time only and carries through the life of your time as a client with us. It is NOT charged every time you renew your membership.

    The sign-up fee helps offset the administration of managing our membership program and ensures all the details of your membership are properly handled from day one.

    We occasionally run promotions for reduced sign-on fees, so keep an eye on your email or ask the front desk team at your next visit!

  • A) The Pearl blocks out special appointment slot of various types (massage, facial, nail) that are held and open up on a specific day of the week.

    Member priority appointments are blocked every week from Wednesday to the following Wednesday.

    Each Monday morning, member appointments are opened for booking and all blocks from that upcoming Wednesday to the following Wednesday are opened.

    There will be a variety of appointment types, times, and days available each week.

    Members have 48 hours (or until Wednesday) to book those openings. Any appointments remaining after those 48 hours can then be booked by all clients.


  • A) The same date every month as the date of Membership Purchase. ie, if you buy it on May 15th, then the next payment will be June 15th and so on.

    If for any reason you need to change your auto-pay schedule, contact a member of our front desk team for assistance.

  • A) The date it is purchased each month it is available to use. E.g. if you purchase it May 15th, you can use it May 15th. The next service will be available June 15th. If you want to book an additional service prior to that day, you can use your membership discount toward the cost of an additional service or wait for your next payment to process.

  • A) As noted above, there is a one-time $50 registration fee. Once you start your membership you only pay your monthly dues. The only fees beyond that would be if you no-show or late cancel (less than 24 hr notice for single appts, 48 hrs for peak holidays and packages) a scheduled appointment. As a member you can choose to pay the standard late cancel fee of 50% appointment value OR you can avoid a fee and forfeit that month’s service.


  • A) Your monthly service is good for 60 days after it is accrued.

    If you miss one month you can have two services the next month.

    If you don’t use said service for 60 days it is lost.

  • As noted above, you have two options:

    Option 1- forfeit your service that is prepaid and not have to pay additional late fee.

    Option 2-reschedule the appointment to another day and pay the 50% late cancel fee out of pocket.

  • A) Yes! You and the recipient are responsible for signing the contract and the giver will be responsible for the payments and also be responsible for renewal or canceling before automatic renewal begins.

  • A) You have 7 days to cancel a membership and receive a 100% refund. After the 7 days you have to wait 6 months and can choose to not renew. If you wish to cancel after the 7 day grace period but before the 6 months are up, you are responsible to pay 50% of the remaining contract value. E.g. if you still have to pay for June, July, and August you would have to pay 50% of the value of those three remaining months.

  • A) Yes! You can come into the spa and purchase in person.

    You can also purchase online via your client dashboard from our website. Visit the membership page to make a membership purchase online.

  • A) No. Purchasing one membership gives you that level of savings in all departments.

    You can schedule a different appointment and apply your monthly service credit toward another service. E.g. if you have a Relaxation Nurture Massage Membership you can get a facial instead, as long as it is of equal or greater value.

  • A) When you become a Member, you will get a branded Pearl canvas tote, custom stickers, and either a Pearl water bottle or Pearl coffee mug.

    Nurture level member welcome bags will also include a knit cap.

  • A) No. Insurance billing is separate and is not eligible for Memberships. One can get a Membership in another department and enjoy savings throughout the spa.
