Scheduling Appointments

We are here to work with your schedule and to find the right practitioner and time for you. We do often offer same day appointments, however, if you want to request a specific therapist a weeks notice is advisable. Just give us a call and our friendly and helpful staff will do all they can to accommodate you.

Getting Here

We are located at 1375 Pearl Street in downtown Eugene. We are on the left side of Pearl Street right in between 13th and 14th.

Arrival and Parking

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to sit down and enjoy our luxurious lounge and prepare for the relaxation to come. We have 2 parking spaces in front of our building. If those are both taken we recommend the free 2-hour street parking on 14th Street. There are also 5-hour meters across Pearl Street from our building.

Late Arrival

Due to the length of treatments and with respect for other clients, late arrivals may not be able to receive their full service. If you arrive late you are still responsible for the full cost of your treatment.

What to Wear

If you are coming in for one appointment we recommend wearing something comfortable and loose fitting as to increase your level of relaxation after your session. If you are coming for more than one appointment we will gladly supply you with a comfortable robe and storage for your things.

Spa Etiquette

While in the spa we ask that you turn your cell phone off and keep your voice low so as to keep the atmosphere calm and serene.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our practitioners and other clients we ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations for one appointment and 48-hours for more than one appointment or we retain the right to bill you a $25.00 late cancellation fee.

Gratuity

Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation for exceptional service. They are not included in the price of the treatment.
